Fitness Friday - Goals Update

It's been a while since I've talked about my fitness goals
and I thought today would be a great day to share my progress.
 I'm thrilled with the way I am sticking to my goals!
I definitely have a new way of seeing things!

This week makes 12 weeks of working out
 & 8 weeks of drastic diet changes.

Total pounds lost is 5.
Weight loss goal - 15-20 pounds
Most important goal - that I am still doing this
in 6 mos, 12 mos....forever.

Though my 5 pounds may not seem impressive
I have seen lots of changes in my body, the way my clothes
fit and my energy level is through the roof!
If anything I have learned - 
the scale does NOT
tell the whole story!
