Ok, so I had a lot of things planned to say about
this new Fitness Friday but I'm traveling today and
didn't get the post written ahead of time so
this is a quickie post with just a list of my
new fitness goals. I've had a great 2 weeks of
keeping (most of) these goals.
It's always a process!
